Hi, I’m Ellie - a registered nutritional therapist for mums, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I began studying nutrition during my first pregnancy, wanting to understand how to truly nourish myself and my growing family. After becoming a mum, I left my corporate career to retrain so I could support other mothers who were feeling as I had — exhausted, depleted and unsure what their bodies really needed.
Today, I specialise in personalised, family-friendly nutrition and self-care support for mums at every stage — from pregnancy and postpartum to toddler years and the school-run juggle. My approach is holistic, food-first and realistic (no complicated protocols or hours in the kitchen required).
I’m a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM), fully insured and registered with the ANP, GNC, NNA and CNHC - so you can feel confident you’re in safe hands.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me in the Cotswolds with my husband, our two boys and our dog — happiest on lakeside walks, enjoying good food, catching up with friends, or sneaking in a pilates or yoga class for some much-needed me-time.
